BlazerJobs is partnering with a school district in Shakopee, MN, to hire a full-time Hybrid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 20252026 school year. This position offers a balanced schedule of onsite and virtual work to meet student needs while supporting flexibility for the clinician.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy services to students across assigned grade levels.

Conduct evaluations, develop and implement IEPs, and maintain accurate records.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.

Deliver engaging therapy sessions in both in-person and virtual settings.

Participate in IEP meetings and support compliance with district and state requirements.
Qualifications:

Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathology License.

Must hold a valid PELSB (Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board) Certification.

Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

School-based experience preferred.
